It is located on the ground floor of an office building. The entrance is facing the outside and the orange umbrellas make it hard to miss. Seating available outside for about 30-35 people. Service is quick and staff are friendly. Coffee is pretty good but they do not have dedicated cups for iced coffee which is disappointing.
