Description

The restaurant in review offers a variety of delicious dishes, from falafels to eye fillet with chips and cauliflower cheese. While some patrons find the food to be overpriced for the portion size, others praise the quality and taste of the dishes. The atmosphere of the restaurant is described as melbourne with an open roof, green wall, and large copper beer tanks. The service is generally efficient and friendly, making it a great spot for a business lunch or dinner. With the option for Half price Wine Monday-Wednesday and $49 two-course meals, it's a good place to enjoy good food and a decent pub grub experience. The rooftop bar provides a great spot for post-dinner drinks. Overall, Republic Dining is highlighted as a quality restaurant with excellent food and service.

Taylor's Rooftop is one of the top bars in Sydney. Connie, the bartender, was absolutely fantastic. Thank you, Connie, you are amazing!

A business dinner for 7 (with a number having dietary restrictions) was no obstacle for the polished and efficient waitress we were fortunate to have support us. Fast, friendly and fun service was the theme for the evening, matched with an interesting and varied menu. Look out for the excellent veal and poached pear to finish.

I was encouraged to go here by a business colleague who assured me we could eat, drink, talk and chill.. And how right he was. We ate on the first floor, were quickly seated and the service was just perfect.. relaxed and unobtrusive yet attentive. The food was simple yet perfectly composed and the wine list was a perfect match. It is no wonder that there are so many other patrons who also know the secret of this venue. Just lovely. Discreet, good service and great food.. and not a venue that obviously promotes itself. Perfect.

Popped in for a quick beer last evening. It's a great little place. Friendly staff and good service. Easy to get to from circular quay. Not too pricy either.

We first had a meal here 2 years ago when visiting Sydney. We enjoyed it so much, it was the first thing we booked on a return weekend away. It did not disappoint fine service and a great menu, finely prepared. The rest of the pub seems to consist of noisy bars full of shouty 20 somethings, but the restaurant is well worth a visit.
