Fast, friendly and fun service was the theme for the evening, matched with an interesting and varied menu. Look out for the excellent veal and poached pear to finish.

We ate on the first floor, were quickly seated and the service was just perfect.. relaxed and unobtrusive yet attentive. The food was simple yet perfectly composed and the wine list was a perfect match. It is no wonder that there are so many other patrons who also know the secret of this venue. Just lovely. Discreet, good service and great food.. and not a venue that obviously promotes itself. Perfect.

It did not disappoi... read more We first had a meal here 2 years ago when visiting Sydney. We enjoyed it so much, it was the first thing we booked on a return weekend away. It did not disappoint fine service and a great menu, finely prepared. The rest of the pub seems to consist of noisy bars full of shouty 20 somethings, but the restaurant is well worth a visit.
