A tasting menu allows us to experience what the whole menu showcases and culinary artistry of the chef. Each individual ingredient has a very subtle flavour but together all flavours come through distinctly and nothing is overpowering. The eating was as expected some extra, as an amuse bouche would it up. we have received a small piece of sweetness for my partner birthday. the wine pairing menu was not written, so it made it difficult to choose between what to get. especially for the wee pairing was the attempt to choose between the classic and the premium, a finger in the air. sommelier did not give a lead in this process and was incredibly difficult to understand that was not a pleasant experience
The bridge room was fantastic. it was refreshing to get a lot of ordering options. the love for detail in the food presentation was exceptional and transferred to the taste that is not always the case. the service was professional and yet personal. all in all a good choice for our special dinner at our interstate weekend visit.
Beautiful meal for our 50th anniversary, finished by a great chat with the owner/Koch ross lusted. an unforgettable evening!
The ambiente of the restaurant was not desirable, the room felt small and cramped. the menu could have been more diverse. the wine list was not as extensive as other hot-plated restaurants.
Amazing food, the degustation was awesome (and I’m vegetarian so that it unusual for me! . Service was very attentive even though the restaurant was super busy.
