I think some of the dishes are not quite thai, but for a fast food withdrawal counter it is decent quality and very favorable. an excellent place to take a lunch on a busy day. I was on the early roll not terribly sharp, although they were a decent big one. View all feedback.
What Raheem Muller doesn't like about Thai Tree:
not vegetarian friendly! I just visited this place for the third time and ordered a vegetarian padthai (tofu and veges)! for the second time I was given tofu, veges and huh! I've seen the command on the paper so it's the kitchen that's messing up. I will not eat here again 2 false orders from 3 visit is not a good record! View all feedback.
Had the laksa lunch special for $9. Chicken laksa. stuffed with chicken and veg, good broth, quick service. Friendly staff. Noodles were tasty, no real complaints. Are in the food court section, comfortable enough. In order to get 5 stars would of needed less chicken and more variety of vegetables for me and the broth could be improved slightly. Happy enough tho. Will have to come back and try some of the other dishes .
The fried rice was amazing here. Fast friendly service
Located in a food court near wynyard station, Thai Tree is a popular spot for a takeaway CBD lunch. I went for the healthy option, steamed chicken with brown rice and green vegetables for $10.90. Despite it being the healthy option it was full of flavor once you pour on the soy and green salsa sauce. They also offer Thai noodles, fried rice and noodle soup.
Came here for lunch. Had the Pad Thai with chicken. It was only average honest. The chicken was not really tender and a little bit cooked. The portion size was ok. There were many seats in the food court, which was a plus.
The fried rice and noodle soup are in order of my definition, Fast meal when you are in a hurry to Employees are friendly The hotel is located on a very reasonable place, I'm usually not too picky on food
