Service level is impeccable. Food excellent, although when we went a few years ago, I thought the dishes were a little more interesting. In my opinion, they could have done with some sauces to make them even tastier View all feedback.

Disappointing (3 stars mainly for the attentive staff). No dish was memorable; and none exhibited delicious natural flavours. If there's Dinner with Heston Blumenthal in Melbourne, there's Tetsuya's in Sydney. Both Food and Service are on point. The Degustation menu is deemed to be expensive but it was really worth it!! • Roasted scampi tail with vanilla • Tuna with saltbush and finger limes • Confit of ocean trout, salad of celery and apple (best thing I've ever eaten, no wonder it's their signature dish) • Grilled shio koji toothfish with fregola & roma tomatoes • Miso cured dick breast with sunflower & leeks (this dish is a bit too salty for me) • Slow roasted lamb rack with sorrel leaves and preserved lemon • Rockmelon granita with almond curd & roasted soba ice cream • Tetsuya's chocolate cake (one word for this dish: yummylicious) • Petits fours Overall, good dining experience at Tetsuya's
Tetsuyas is one of the one who is a fine food, and although it has lost a hat, it is still very a top recommendations in my books. Grief Were here several times and was very satisfied every time. The service is perfect and the food is very good. The butter is also amazing
