Not overly priced considering the location and experience. We shall return next time we Visit Sydney.
We were awed by the city view. The lights constantly changing and trying to work out where places were when looking down over them instead of looking up at them while slowly revolving around. A totally new perspective of Sydney. We came for dinner and there was a good selection of food. There was a good selection of seafood, cold meats and salads plus Asian, Italian, roast beef, ham, vegetables, curries, chillis etc etc. Also Kangaroo. The dessert selection was great..all my favourites including ICECREAM!!!!The chefs were constantly restocking the buffet. Our waitress was very friendly and looked after us very well.We were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary and the waitress brought out a bowl with some desserts and "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate. AWESOME. It made my wife cry "happy tears". On our next visit it will have to be in the daylight so we can see just how far the view really is.

Suggest a later lunch booking to give you time to get to the Opera House for sunset.
We went here for a evening meal, the good and staff were fantastic, and the views even better, in fact the night time views were worth the money alone
Where to begin?!!?? I know Aussie and British cultures are different but this had to be the worst service I have ever experienced. Firstly, there is the fact that despite paying $100 deposit to secure the booking you still have to pay your bill upfront before they will even let you take the lift to the restaurant. On being seated we were given ONE copy of the drinks menu between six of us. Yet we were allowed no time to make a decision as within the space of five minutes four different staff asked us if we were ready to order drinks. This level of pestering by waiters and waitresses continued throughout the meal. I understand that in a buffet style restaurant staff will clear plates as they are finished but they were constantly asking if we needed more drinks - I guess they must be on commission for bar sales. Tables are squashed so closely together that leaving your seat to access the buffet becomes a military operation. But the lowest point of the evening was the attitude of the staff member attempting to sell us the photo package of our group. He presented the pictures while we were still eating and began a long sale spiel. We passed the photo around our group to all take a look before deciding whether to buy. As the sun had set by now the lighting in the restaurant was dim so my friend used the torch app on her phone to light up the photo. The young man shoved my husband aside and grabbed at the photo pack whilst shouting, "You can't take a photo of it" for all around us to hear. We explained that was not the case but this really was the final straw in a rubbish evening. All in all the food as ok and the view is great but it's definitely not worth the experience of being verbally abused and intimidated by over-zealous staff all evening. I would go and enjoy a much nicer evening anywhere else in Sydney and save your money. Over priced and terrible customer service.
