I had ordered a birthday cake by phone 2 days in advance. The store had taken my map data down and charged with the order date for the order date, with the agreement with which I will pick it up two days later at 10:00. On the day of pickup, they called me for hours to tell me that they could not do my cake !! They then tried to offer another cake option that was completely different, which I originally ordered. To round off the whole! When I asked for a refund, the staff expected to come to the store to get the refund !! I am disgusted by the bad service and last minute notification. Very unprofessional
