We was very late to the booking but the manager was fine and still accept our late show with the 30% off discount. The food was good and nice. Manager was friendly and kind. Will go back again : View all feedback.
What Alvena McCullough doesn't like about Sushi Sagunja:
This place used to do great quality sushi with a very reasonable price of per dish and had a good variety of choice. Unfortunately it seems the place now has a new owner and all the sushi chefs have changed. The quality of the food has dropped significantly with dishes half the size they used to be. Standard piece sushi's on the plate have become size of baby rolls. There is also less variety now. We did not see any... View all feedback.
I felt pacious when I had an early brekky today, took a salmon n avo roll on my way to meet my pm. nice to see that the filling does not pull a vanishing act against the end of the roll. average size, average taste, good for what it was.
This place was formerly one of my go-to's for sushi, but unfortunately their quality of the food has declined sharply (maybe due to changing peculiarities). the price is still cheap for every sushi dish, but the quality and fresh of the fish is not spectacular and the rice does not taste as good as it was earlier, I will go back soon and see if it has become better, what I really hope it does
Good sushi place with different choices! more reasonable price, friendly staff I also enjoyed trying their udon, suppe was good nudel was right!
It is for the plates on the belt. the size of sushi is quite small and limited use of ingredients. I was on other sushi spots per plate, which are more generous with their portions. I sat on the bar. there was no hook under the table to hang her belonging, so I placed my bag and laptop bag on the seat next to me. it was said to remove it and the waiter was not even helpful to offer an alternative space for my things. ends my meal with two big pockets on my lap. according to my opinion is cheap, but the service should still be independent of the food prices.
I used to come here for lunch couple of times a month when I worked in the area, feeling nostalgic so stopped here for an early dinner. The prices are now even lower at a plate. Maybe because it was still early, there were only a few other diners. The train was full, but the serving size of each plate seems to also have shrank as well. They were always small pieces before, but now is like half the size of a normal full price sushi. The quality was also not as good, the rice fish a bit dried. There are plenty of other better options at same competitive prices in Chatswood.
