I ordered food from this restaurant using Uber Eats yesterday. Unfortunately, the sandwich I received had salads that I did not order and the salads I did order... read more I ordered food from this restaurant using Uber Eats yesterday. Unfortunately, the sandwich I received had salads that I did not order and the salads I did order were missing. I also ordered 3 double chocolate cookies, but only received 1 chocolate chip cookie instead. To make matters worse, there was a handwritten message on the packet saying "enjoy a free cookie on us", even though I had paid for 3 cookies. When I called to complain, the male manager was rude and defensive. I was frustrated that I had to drive 4.3km back to the restaurant in person, especially since I am heavily pregnant and have two toddlers, and I still had to pay the delivery fee. Interestingly, when I went back to fix the order, the manager asked me to check it before leaving. However, the order was still incorrect and had to be fixed again before I could leave. Overall, the customer service was terrible and highly disappointing. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
