Delicious food and excellent service! They were very accommodating with gluten-free and dairy-free options. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, located in the Marriott Sydney Harbour Hotel near Circular Quay.
Absolutely amazing! This place is a must-visit. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I felt completely at ease the entire time.
I chose this restaurant based on its rave reviews but ended up feeling quite disappointed. When I inquired about gluten-free options, the staff seemed puzzled. The waitress was friendly and tried to assist, but she wasn't very knowledgeable about gluten-free choices. The Niçoise salad I had was enjoyable, but I would have appreciated a wider selection of options.
The Spatchcock and the lamb is one of my favourite. Sharing menu with family and friends is a great idea.
I couldn't find a single fault! The service was top-notch, with very attentive staff. From the decor to the dining experience, everything was perfect. Many upscale restaurants may serve small dishes to appear more refined, but Silvester's didn't compromise on portion size or flavor - all while maintaining an air of sophistication! It's the best of both worlds. I highly recommend and will definitely return.
