The Spatchcock and the lamb is one of my favourite. Sharing menu with family and friends is a great idea.
I couldn't find a single fault! The service was top-notch, with very attentive staff. From the decor to the dining experience, everything was perfect. Many upscale restaurants may serve small dishes to appear more refined, but Silvester's didn't compromise on portion size or flavor - all while maintaining an air of sophistication! It's the best of both worlds. I highly recommend and will definitely return.
Food was good. I had the short ribs and my cousin had the toothfish. But, the best part of the experience was the staff. We were greeted warmly by Andrea (hope I got the spelling right! and she was able to get my cousin and I settled in. Our waiter took care of us and answered all questions. Thanks to Andrea and staff for a wonderful experience!
Delicious food and excellent service! They were very accommodating with gluten-free and dairy-free options. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, located in the Marriott Sydney Harbour Hotel near Circular Quay.
