Description

Samosorn Thai, located within the Pitt St Food Court, offers delicious and authentic Thai cuisine in a bustling environment, reminiscent of a Thai street market. Despite being part of a food court, the restaurant has a unique vibe and strong flavors that keep customers coming back. The efficient staff ensure quick service and the turnover of tables is relatively fast. The menu offers interesting and flavorful dishes such as ananas fried rice and curcuma marinated huh, which receive mixed reviews. The food hall is always busy, especially during peak times, but outside of these hours, diners can enjoy a more relaxed dining experience. Overall, Samosorn Thai is a must-try for those seeking authentic Thai hawker-style dishes with a vibrant atmosphere.

Went here for dinner with my friends, the food was good but the customer service was terrible! They put the sauce in a small container and put the the whole container into the Khaosoi bowl! When we asked what dish was it the lady serving us didn’t even give a look and just turned away. For these prices I expected a big proportion of food but it came out with just a small serving size! Also we came at but the lady serving us just impatiently cleaned my dish when my friends still hadn’t finished the food.

Good variety of food on the menu, which is decently priced. The noodles we ordered, didn’t appear to be freshly prepared which was a bit disappointing.

Good selection of food on the menu, which is decently expensive. the noodles we ordered did not seem to be freshly prepared, which was a little disappointing.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I waited for my food for 30 minutes and ultimately never received it. When I asked for a refund, I was given no real explanation for the delay.

The atmosphere of the restaurant, with the bustling kitchen and lively chatter, feels authentic. However, once the food arrived, it was disappointing. The flavors seemed to be tailored to suit the local palate, but the pad thai was bland and watery, while the meat dishes were overcooked.
