I've asked for the pork panini due to the crackling written on the menu. As it's a see through window, I saw the guy pulling a crappy part of meat hidden from the side and chopped it up (0% of crackling), so I asked if they can add a bit of crackling in please as it's written on the menu. He got really rude and said it's all in there. I've opened it up and asked him to show me where the crackling are.....he couldn't and thrown another box on the desk and said take this one. I've saw him making those boxes together and they are the same. Disappointed and upset, I've asked for a refund. He got the money and thrown it at me. Extremely disappointed and will NEVER return to this place.
