What Brycen Mayert doesn't like about Pancakes on the Rocks:
The pancakes were nice but after the first pancake, it gets a bit sickening. The service, however, was not so good as it was difficult to call a server and the servers seemed very disgruntled and unwelcoming. The toilets facilities were appalling and there was pee on the ground and wet toilet paper around the toilet. Most likely will not return. View all feedback.

Tourist trap, but they deliver what they promised: IHOP on the Rocks. In other words: cheap american breakfast+diner in overpriced location.
'Run-of-the-mill' breakfast foods not great foodstuffs to break a fast! Noisome construction disruptive to a pleasant eating experience.

Customers complained about long wait times, ignored tables, and poorly cooked dishes. One review detailed receiving a raw steak that was inedible, despite multiple attempts to have it properly prepared. The manager's attitude was described as hostile and pushy when addressing the issue. However, another review highlighted the positive aspects of the restaurant, such as delicious pancakes and beef ribs, as well as reasonable prices. The slow service was noted as a downside but did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the food. These mixed reviews indicate that while the restaurant has some popular dishes, inconsistent service and food quality may impact the overall dining experience.
