What Valentine Goodwin doesn't like about Marble:
It's okay. For a 5-star hotel, although I expect more. The decor must use a notch, and so does the coffee. It's the kind of café you would see in every hotel, but here it should be better. View all feedback.
As would be expected of a cafe located inside a five star hotel, the prices are on the, well, pricier side. $5 for a takeaway coffee but service is polite and coffee is good.
Situated in the lobby of the Hilton Hotel, this cafe is reflective of its classy and relaxed atmosphere. The service is extremely friendly and attentive plus their cakes are quite delightful too. ningjaeats.tumblr.com
The cakes were nice, and it is relaxing jumping out of the heat and construction zones around here for a coffee in the cool. But you would need to be made of money to make this your regular coffee haunt. They're not cheap.
Its a cafe in hilton sydney, CBD! A good place to chill out if want to have a quite and decent place for a drink. Nothing will goes wrong in a five star hotel anyway!
In town and feeling corporate, I stopped at Caffe Cino for a quick breakfast. The cafe is situated in the lobby of the Hilton, so we are not talking urban cool. More like 5-star smooth. I ordered a simple breakfast of croissant with butter and jam, which was lifted by the flaky light buttery pastry and the Pepe Saya butter (so good). Washed down with a creamy latte (the cafe's special blend from Vittoria), it was a satisfying start to the day. The service is very good, efficient and pleasant, making this a decent option if you are feeling like something a little more swish and impersonal.
