Good place, nice staff, great room size for doing crazy thing its easy to use the touch screen machine, and we also can order food/drink from the tablet on the room!!! SUPERRRR EASY they even give us mic cover for covid safe! amazing place!!!! i will come back sooon with my friends

Loved our experience. The room was snazzy and intimate. Perfect size for our group. Food was awesome and such fast service. Customer service from the woman in the lobby was fantastic and the rest of the team who served us our food then let us know our time was up.

We booked ahead for a karaoke session. They called back the following day to confirm. They explained the price, pay with cash and about drinks. We went in on the day, served straight away. We got taken to the room, room was clean. Explained the food/drinks touch screen was separate to the song touch screen and the microphones had a new cover provided to put on before starting. The worker checked our driver's licence for drinks service. The drinks were good. The room was good. The touch screen for the song was a bit problematic towards the last half hour of the session. Had to tap artist even though we were in the artist section already for the artist to load up. Some of the songs had incorrect lyrics and some of the timings with the lyrics were out with the song. But other than that it was good. Less song choice these days compared to previous years. After we finished we paid cash which was preferred by the venue and left. Would go back again.

Very good food and the prices are also decent. There is a wide variety of dishes from sushi to rice bowls. The karaoke rooms are big and spacious, the bathrooms are also clean. I would come back here again for Japanese food and also recommend others to do so.

Good choice of latest songs and a wide variety to choose from on a decent rate. Food was also really good.
