We were craving for some meaty and not-so-healthy food but with smaller portion. So we found this place just on York street. I had chicken katsu burger, satisfied. Also in love with the design on the takeaway cups.

The shr... read more The place was busy during lunch but the line moved quite quickly. My pulled pork burger was on the petite side but I guess that leaves room for dessert. The shredded meat was cooked in a sweet bbq sauce and sandwiched between a brioche bun. The slaw was a simple cabbage and carrot mix with some mayonnaise. It was nice enough but not particularly memorable. Good option for a quick lunch.

Kafeine provided just that in the form of a gluten-free brownie. If I'm honest, it wasn't the best gluten-free brownie that I ever had but it was probably the healthiest! It was on the dry side and was barely sweet but it was a healthy treat that made me feel a lot less guilty. Super friendly staff. Reasonable prices.
