Modern Australian with ripples of international influence,  THE JET BURGER is one of the namesake signatures, a pillar in its truth to classics which echoes throughout the menu.  100% Aussie Beef, American Cheddar, Tomato, Caramelized Onion, Cucumber Pickles, Lettuce, American Mustard and Tomato Sauce, Served on a Freshly Toasted Bun w Beer Battered Fries.  Little to criticise here as the venue is born from decades of expertise on what’s in and what’s now.  They’ve mastered their own lean meat to fat ratio and balance of seasoning through patty mix, cooking technique demonstrated in the sealing of juices that burst into the sauce and layers on each bite.
