had a nice experience here! GF elements are marked on the menu, eating was delicious — I had the zucchini maize butter that were amazing — and I was not sick. I also had the sticky chai, unbelievable. View all feedback.
This cafe in Redfern is my go-to spot. When the weather is nice, I love sitting in the sun and indulging in coffee and a big breakfast here.
I was pleasantly surprised by this café, as there aren't as many in this area of Redfern as I had anticipated. The interior is well-designed and the menu is classic café fare. While it is a bit pricey (as is typical in Sydney), I really enjoyed the unique twist of adding pomegranate and radish to the avocado toast, which tasted fantastic.
I never had breakfast on Redfern St so today I was the new kid on the block meeting this new cafe. This place looked like a bustling establishment in the morning compared to other cafes. We decided to give it a go. What a nice surprise it turned out to be! The interior was nicely decorated with a classic and floral theme. Front and back area are both spacious, with the back more suitable for 2+ people. <br/ <br/ Xihuahua ordered the eggs bannie It was probably the best I have had in Sydney. It was such a great idea to replace the mundane bread with chunky hush-browns! The eggs were great (We’ve seen better poachies . Loved the plentifulness of spinach on it. Everything worked so well and the dish looked very pretty too.<br/ <br/ I got cheese burger with fries! Cheese wasn’t adequately melt and the patty was fairly dry. But I was ok with it since it is a result of lean beef not overcooking. Not as spectacular as the bannie but it was a nice dish and very filling! Interesting use of cumin seed in a beef patty...<br/ <br/ Oh btw their coffee is pretty good! Better to get your coffee first while waiting for the meal, they are not swift in cooking. Overall a promising new place on the block, keep it up! It is new and visitors should give some reviews to help them out. <br/ <br/ <br/ <br/
A little bit struggling to find a good breakfast place after the New Year as there are not so many places fully opened.<br/ <br/ Guorium
Great cafe with lovely staff. Coffee is really good, with multiple non dairy milks on offer: Bonsoy soy, Milklab almond Macamilk macadamia. If you’re normally an almond or soy drinker, macadamia is definitely worth trying I’ve started getting my coffee (with maca here before work, as the coffee milk are both great (if you’ve had a bad alt. milk coffee, you’ll know it’s worth finding a cafe that does it well! . <br/ <br/ Besides coffee, the food here is also great the decor is really cute. If you sit outside in the morning you’ll also get to see a lot of cute dogs on their way to/from the park, which is a bonus!
