Hellenic Club Restaurant - Sydney
Hellenic Club Restaurant
Description
Located above Elizabeth Street, this restaurant offers a taste of heaven with lovely food and adventurous service. The traditional Greek music and fairy lights over Hyde Park create a charming ambience, attracting gracious older generation Greek customers. While the food may be described as unadorned old school and slightly stodgy by some, the experience of trying unique dishes like white tarama adds a special touch. Overall, it is a delightful spot to dine and mingle with the stars, with Alpha just around the corner for those seeking a different culinary experience.

Very Greek. the whole deal here. it was a hearty meal for a cold wet Sydney day. they try when they are in the opposite and want to leave in time for some traditional Greek. beautiful view of the park.
The brightenic restaurant is perfect for any special occasion of seminars, weddings, birthdays and receptions. we had a window seat with a view of the hyde park. I remember to say matte, that must be as it feels in the central park (not that we were yet), but wow, it was so peaceful. Not to mention that the atmosphere, along with the gentle Greek music, they really in a great mood!
Ordered the moussaka. It was stodgy, stiff and lukewarm. It tasted like it had been cooked a week ago and left in the fridge. What is the point of a massive plate if you're going to put a tiny amount of food on it?
