The Glass Brasserie at the Hilton would always remain near the top of my list of recommendations in Sydney. I have never been disappointed at any time with the many delicious meals I have enjoyed there. Christmas Day the Lunch was superb, as was the service. We had to return our steak because it was overcooked. The second steak we received was perfectly cooked, but both lacked proper seasoning. Our espressos arrived cold and without crema, which was unappealing. The espresso was also more bitter than most we've had. On a positive note, the sommelier was excellent and very helpful. We did the high cocktails at secret garden. The food and cocktails were delicious, wish the cocktails had a little bit more alcohol… I am a small petite girl, 3 cocktails and I’ll be drunk however I was able to down 5 and could barely feel anything. The live acoustic music was a nice touch and created an amazing atmosphere.

We loved the atmosphere with the live music and amazing cocktails! Definitely a great place to spend a Saturday afternoon!
