Georges Bar and Grill - Sydney

We spent at an afternoon at Georges enjoying a few delicious Mojitos. Very comfortable seating with a great view of people passing, ferries and tours coming and going. Loved it so much we came back the next night for dinner. Highly recommend the lamb dish -meat falling off the bone with so much flavour, and also the filo cheesy honey entree. The staff are friendly and welcoming and at the same time professional so as not to disturb customers as they dine. Prices are very reasonable, excellent value for money.

Conveniently located opposite the darling harbour ferry stop. Great cslue lunchtine mezze plate. All the lovely typical greek food. Dip, bread; salad, souvoulakis, houlimi etc. Terrific service and yummy ouzo. Jenthemother

Georges is a relaxed, easy eating style of restaurant. You can go for a coffee, beer or glass of wine and a few small plates or have a full lunch or dinner. Is it really Greek? Well no bazouki music but the humus and tsadziki are pretty authentic so are the souvlaki which are OK for sharing or mains.

Final Christmas lunch of the year, taking out my long time client and good friend for the last meal of the season. First time here, reasonably impressed with the offering. Perfect for a business lunch.
