1 metre pizzas!! Best to bring a group of friends to this place and indulge into some great authentic Italian food. Very close to the Manly ferries which makes it convenient to get out of this city for a dinner and then return. I’ve visited this restaurant twice and on both occasions, it’s been a reminder to return here. Can become hectic on a Friday or Saturday night, so it’s best to book for a table on those nights.
What Sheryl S dislikes about Criniti's:
The service here is a disgrace. Solo business traveler who waited over and hour for the ravioli Rosa. The stuffed mushroom appetizer was flavorful, and was brought to the table timely but it all fell apart after that. So many servers servicing multiple tables that I honestly think they just forgot my meal. View all feedback.
My partner and I went back to this restaurant on a Saturday night and were very impressed. The service was excellent and our tasty meals came out quickly. The menu has a wide variety of options to choose from. It gets busy on Fridays and Saturdays so it's best to make a reservation. This is our go-to place for celebrations or group gatherings. The decor is unique and there are plenty of seating choices. Overall, it was a great experience!
We tried the seafood Spaghetti Marinara, traditional lasagna, and wood-fired pizza at this restaurant and thought we had died and gone to heaven. The prices are reasonable and the food is truly top-notch. We had the pleasure of meeting the head chef and crew who operate the wood-fired pizza oven, and it's clear that a lot of experience and love went into preparing our meals. Our waitress provided impeccable service, earning a 10 out of 10 rating. I will definitely be bringing my entire family back from Brisbane just to have another amazing night at this restaurant!
We ordered a half-half pizza with a thin, crispy crust and delicious toppings, along with crispy wedges served with sour cream, tender ribs, and tasty penne pasta. Although it took a while for our food to come out, it was definitely worth the wait! Everything was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of flavor, which was great for my Asian family as nothing was overly salty. While the prices were a bit on the higher end, this place is best suited for groups due to the size of the dishes and prices.
A large open air restaurant just across the road from the ferry terminal in Manly. The place has a great energy and we stopped in for lunch on New Year 's Eve and got seated right away. This place has a huge menu of authentic Italian specialties including about 50 kinds of Neapolitan style pizzas that come in a tradition size (T for one up to a 3 or even 6 meter size for large groups. It took some time to work our way through the list but we each finally settled on a different pizza: Margherita, pizzicia (Italian sausage , BBQ chicken and a forth with goat cheese and prosciutto and figs. All of us were more than satisfied with our choices and none of the group was able to completely finish the T size. Probably would have best to share 2-3 for our group. Like every restaurant in Australia we have visited this past week, you will find prices significantly higher than in the states. Each pizza was around $25 but you have to keep in mind that already includes tax and tip. Bottom line: high quality and tasty food. Definitely would recommend for lunch.
