Charlie & Co. Burgers - Sydney

My man and I recently went to the burger in our lunch break. we ordered our burgers at 12.43 a.m. and we didn't get them until about 1.35 a.m. after about half an hour I asked if we would wait much longer for the 2...burgers. I was told by tanya that there was a backlog of burgers before I ordered and I have to wait. I explained she should have explained that before taking $40 for the burgers it would have been nice to be told about the backlog, and I would have decided there and then whether I wanted to wait until an hour she rolled her eyes and went away. the burgers were literally thrown to us and they were absolutely terrible. I would definitely not go back there and I would not recommend going to everyone. all available tables were all dirty and not removed. we had to delete our own table very disappointing will not be demolished again! I wouldn't even give a star!

Service ever worst! waited thirty minutes for a cold and bland burger. the waitress scratches when preparing food. not got!

We were in a nearby hotel and looking for a place to breakfast outside the hotel. Unfortunately we had difficulty finding a caffe or something similar on the way to the shopping center. we finally found charlie co to be what we wanted. the hotel is located in the city. it is more a fast food outlet than a sit down restaurant. we decided to get an breakfast burger and it was ok, but not as good as we hoped or looked for. it's faster than the meals.

After viewing all the food types available in the Westfield food centre the husband and I settled on having a burger. I love a good burger! So $49 for two burgers,1 chips and 2 bottles of water after 10 minutes we received our order ...only about 6 other people and well after the lunchtime rush. What a disappointment such a tasteless meat patty not seasoned at all and dry. My cheeseburger was flooded with tomato sauce which I tried to scrape off and my husband's Aussie burger didn't have lettuce and also the bland patty. Shortly after we received our order some of the cleaning staff seated themselves at the table next to us and proceeded to have their homemade lunch. I thought this was a little unusual that they didn't have their own staff room and were sitting in a restaurant they hadn't ordered any food from. Restaurant staff need to have an injection of personality not friendly or courteous on this occasion. To be frank I think MacDonalds is better and I'm not that fussed on their meals! Based on my experience today I won't return.

The Mumbai burger did not have any hint of butter chicken. Also it is overpriced. Not recommended. Did not try others.
