What Kiel Ritchie dislikes about Burger Project:
This used to be our favorite burger spot in Sydney, but it's time to look for a new place. Why did they change the menu? The "classic" burger now comes with cheese, pickles, mustard, and secret sauce, but no lettuce, tomato, or onion. Doesn't sound very classic... Our order took 25 minutes for 3 burgers and 2 orders of chips, and there were 4 of us. Our teenage son didn't even order a burger this time because he thou... View all feedback.
A bad sweat. slower service, dirty floors and tables, and what is even worse, that was raw. When you look at the other reviews, it sounds like most had the same experience.
Had a vegetarian mushroom burger, in which usually do not like vegetarian burgers. but this was really nice.
Good burger. but the price is far beyond the top. for the price comparison, in Indonesia 22 aud versus 4 aud the same quality and more choices for a comparable kombi are obtained.

Our order took 25 minutes for 3 burgers and 2 orders of chips, and there were 4 of us. Our teenage son didn't even order a burger this time because he thought they were so bad (he used to want 2). We decided to try the new Darrel Lea smash desserts, but that ended up taking another 25 minutes. We spent an hour and $85 for a quick burger and ice cream. We won't be returning anytime soon.
We thoroughly enjoyed the French fries, which were delicious and crunchy. My husband and son particularly loved the burgers, however I was disappointed as mine was undercooked. My husband suggested that I should appreciate the quality of the meat, but I believe customers should be given the choice between well done or undercooked burgers. I found it difficult to chew the tough burger.
