Service was average although food was good - the waitress however did get our wine order wrong and we only found out when paying the bill... We thought it was a bargain taking a voucher from Groupon, however things went bad when tried to book a table - the waitress saying on the phone that there was available space - but a voice behind saying "if it's a Groupon there's no space"... Happy Hour here is from 3 til 8 pm. It is a very popular venue, with a live band and $10 cocktails, spectacular views... it has a great atmosphere. The menu looks ok, although we didn’t have any food here.
The food and drink sections are separate! Even the cashier to order each are separate! You need to order food on one cashier, who also bring the food himself, so you need to wait until he comes back from food delivery! It took me couple of minutes waiting while others were there just selling drink: Their special was fine, we had steak which worth for the price! Live music is on the drink section, you can still hear it well
The seafood platter for 2 was really delicious! The chips were perfectly cooked and seasoned and the batter for the seafood was crisp and very flavoursome. The calamari rings were soft and tender and a highlight of the dish.
The steak salad and chips meal was perfect! The mushroom sauce unlike any ive had before. This is by far the best steak in Australia! Compliments to the chef perfect view of the harbour. Friendly welcoming staff service with a smile.
Delicious food and amazing customer service thank you to Bel and the team for your excellent hospitality and for the yummy food. We ordered the fattoush salad with kibee Sambousik for starters followed by the vegetarian platters for mains. Finished off with the freshly squeezed Oasis juice Droost speciality we were not disappointed. Delicious !
