This is probably my favorite restaurant in Sydney, and I've been here multiple times for both business and social gatherings. Unfortunately, while the ambiance and food are fantastic—especially the drinks—the service, particularly on weekends, often falls short. What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Ananas Brasserie:
Our booking was at 8:30pm, we were seated at 9pm. Our food came out at 10:30pm. The staff were very apologetic and sincere about the mishap (apparently there was some conflict in the kitchen), but I ended up returning my Steak Frites as it was too late to eat that much red meat. They sent out a complementary entrée and took my dish off the bill, but just not a great first impression of a highly considered restaurant.... View all feedback.
Attended the Lobster roaming buffet staff were fabulous and food was great! Will go again in the heart beat.

From the get go it was an wonderful night. The service, impeccable, very friendly, well informed and genuine. Food delicious, entrée, main and dessert!!!Beautiful restaurant in every way.
Arrived at 8.15 for our 8.30 booking. Vegas seated at about 8.45. Waited nearly an hour for our entrees. Then continued to wait for another 45 mins for our main. In the end we walked out. It was my 40th bday and it was completely ruined. Will never go back!
