Menu

Here you will find the menu of Rendezvous Express in Swindon. At the moment, there are 20 meals and drinks on the menu.

Swindon’s dining experience is varied, with standout dishes and serious drawbacks. While some rave about the flavorful sweet and sour chicken and unique starters like bacon-wrapped prawns, others report disappointing quality, including burnt duck and soggy prawns. The supposed “all-you-can-eat” option lacks variety and leaves diners unsatisfied. Customer service woes have surfaced, particularly regarding takeaway orders and gluten-free accommodations, with some diners feeling neglected. The atmosphere can be uncomfortably crowded and noisy, detracting from the overall experience. Despite some highlights, many patrons suggest seeking alternatives for reliable dining satisfaction.

Was Anonym at Rendezvous Express a mag?
large selection of well-made Asian foods. this situation seemed to specialize in, so had little sitting, so would recommend a reservation. had the dim-sum plate (will be at least 20mins to order so if they want it) and the Japanese fried huh. my wife had one of her sushi plates, which was incredibly good for what she passed. everything was well displayed and freshly costed. What N6572EHannac dislikes about Rendezvous Express:
I ordered takeout tonight after a long while and was really looking forward to it. I spent a lot of money as my family was over, but unfortunately the lemon chicken was bad and the chilli beef was too thick to eat. The rest of the food was okay. I won't be ordering from them again. The atmosphere at this restaurant is warm and inviting. The food is excellent and the service is top-notch. The only downside is that there are no desserts available.

Hardly any Chinese takeaways open due to pandemic and was open for deliveries. Arrived at exact time, person wearing gloves and face mask (deliveroo). Chicken foo young was amazing. Not sure how they did that. Other food (chow mein, special roast pork and rice dishes), was great too and didn't feel loaded with salt like most Chineses... Cost is higher then most, but meal felt extra special and worth it.

This place has the best starter i have ever tasted. King prawns wrapped in bacon are the best thing since sliced bread. I could just eat these all night. They limit you 2 2 plates with about 6 on at a time but these are a game changer. Although all the food was nice i recommended you go just for these.
