Mixed reviews on trip advisor BUT tonight 's food was brilliant. Lots of it and well cooked. Sweet potato fries were the best. Waitress (sorry did not get your name) was excellent, good advice on what heat to have and on the size of the portions. And very surprised at the end bill. What Steph Abbott doesn't like about Chilli Shak:
Used to be awesome but has gone so downhill. Not worth the money at all. Took nearly two hours to deliver the other day. Food arrived cold, has clearly been burnt (the chimichanga was nearly black) and all in all just tasted rubbish. Was told someone would call me about it and still waiting on that call now! Pretty **** service and clearly they don't care. Won't be eating here again! View all feedback.
I dined at this restaurant with colleagues on Thursday and we were all impressed by the delicious food and large portion sizes for the main dishes. The mozzarella sticks were especially exceptional, and the churros were lovely as well. Unfortunately, I was too full to fully enjoy them. Sanjay, our server, was very friendly, and even though the service was a bit slower than other places, the overall experience was much more enjoyable.

We had an amazing time at the Chilli Shak last night. The food was incredible, generous portions with friendly and welcoming service. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return. Keep up the great work!
