KFC - Swan River
KFC
Description
The restaurant in question seems to have garnered mixed reviews from diners. While some raved about the quality of the chicken and the cleanliness of the establishment, others expressed concerns about inconsistent food quality and lackluster service. It appears that the staff's friendliness and the freshness of the food can vary greatly depending on the day. Overall, it seems that customers should keep their expectations in check when dining at this KFC location.

The place was busy when we arrived: always a good sign they don't get dry heat-lamp chicken. again, this huh was so fresh and so hot, it was amazing. the service with breanna on cash was good. you could look at the turn and the Tibetan. but do not sweep and wipe when it means that the chicken is less than fresh and less than volcanic hot. $20 for dinner for two
Go through. chicken fingers were very delicious. if they want to ride a little deep, they can count on kfc. consistent quality of most of them.
.this kfc is the answer. dependable, standard fried chicken, etc, as she would hope from a franchise in a long chain. that can't say much more! it's kfc!
It seems every time I write a review, I mention the staff. Food and staff make a good fit. Otherwise, why bother going out to eat? After a long hard trip, we hit the Swan River KFC and were welcomed in an emotionless manner by...a young fellow. My guess is that he'd rather be elsewhere, having fun or employed by another company. His manner was not engaging. Polite, yes. But only professionally so. No smile, no greeting, no enthusiasm. Good thing the chicken was up to KFC's usual high standard. It was good. The fries: so-so. Management should give Mr. Sad Sack a few pointers in being more of a people person. Please.
Good luck with getting a decent meal here. Sometimes the chicken is good and other times it's a greasy nightmare. Not sure how long they keep some of the food in the warmers, and if you ask if the chicken is fresh, you may get...lied to. Haven't had good gravy here since the 80's and the same thing is true with the salads. Like how old are they? Best bet is a chicken sandwich, strips or popcorn chicken. Hard to ruin that. Even the staff is inconsistent. Good luck eating here. You may end up in bathroom later.
