After a long hard trip, we hi... read more It seems every time I write a review, I mention the staff. Food and staff make a good fit. Otherwise, why bother going out to eat? After a long hard trip, we hit the Swan River KFC and were welcomed in an emotionless manner by...a young fellow. My guess is that he'd rather be elsewhere, having fun or employed by another company. His manner was not engaging. Polite, yes. But only professionally so. No smile, no greeting, no enthusiasm. Good thing the chicken was up to KFC's usual high standard. It was good. The fries: so-so. Management should give Mr. Sad Sack a few pointers in being more of a people person. Please.

Not sure how long they keep some of the food in the warmers, and if you ask if the chicken is fresh, you may get...lied to. Haven't had good gravy here since the 80's and the same thing is true with the salads. Like how old are they? Best bet is a chicken sandwich, strips or popcorn chicken. Hard to ruin that. Even the staff is inconsistent. Good luck eating here. You may end up in bathroom later.
