Domino's Pizza - Swampscott

The last time I ordered here, I bought around 5 dips. They didn?t come with the order. I complained online and got a coupon for ONE dip. Got ripped off, didn?t get a refund. Told the driver

Marley and Rob were absolutely wonderful. At the Swampscott Ma, location they made wonderful pizza, provided excellent customer service. 10/10 experience both honestly deserve raises ASAP!!!

My husband's pizza was overcooked, and my pasta dish, which was supposed to come with Alfredo sauce, barely had enough to coat the undercooked pasta. This was unacceptable, especially considering the price. We decided to return our food and get a refund.

I picked up a pizza on my way home and later discovered that I had received the wrong order. I called the restaurant, and they allowed us to keep the incorrect order while promptly preparing a fresh pizza that matched what we originally ordered. The service was excellent, and they quickly resolved the issue. I would definitely return!

The Google listing says they're open until 1 AM, so I placed a delivery order at 11:30 PM, but they canceled and refunded it. When I called the store to see if I could pick up a pizza, they refused and said they were already cleaning up, even though they confirmed they close at 1 AM. The staff seemed unmotivated. I would not recommend this Domino's at all. 0/10.
