I wo... read more Buffalo Bleu salad is pretty good, sorry, I just can 't bring myself to say 'zalad '... The menu is a little simple in my opinion, hence the 4 star rating. I would rather that they keep a simple menu and do it right, however. The decor is wood paneling and local sport-centric, with a splash of vintage advertisements. Every one that I have ever been in is above average clean, and the staff is usually young, but focused on their job. All in all, an above average experience, with quick and good service. The good is good for what it is, but the slice of chewy Texas toast with fake butter is the single downfall to the concept. If the replaced that with some yeast rolls with honey butter, it would be a grand slam, and I would seriously consider a 5 star rating.
