What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
This is the second time in a row that I received undercooked chicken at Panda E. I now see why they have a 81 on their health inspection (which they try to hide on their drive thru window). Update: In the health inspection where they received the 81, they were kidnapped for displaying the latest health inspection ad that was a 72. Instead, they published an older one, a 84. I ordered my food on the trip thru and ordered a dish with half chowmy and half roasted rice. The lady said there was a five-minute waiting for the rice. I had no problem and my food came out. It was all Chowmein and not roasted rice. I drilled the drive and she said it was five minutes. It was late and the staff was great. All the times I left were fantastic. View all feedback.
