The staff is well-trained, the restaurant is impeccably clean, and the management is dedicated to upholding high standards for food quality. Even during late-night hours, the food was outstanding. Although I typically don't gravitate towards chain restaurants, this one truly stands out. Many Panda Express locations fall short, but this is by far the best I've ever visited. Additionally, it boasts two large-screen TVs for sports viewing.

The lady informed me that there would be a five-minute wait for the rice, which was fine by me. However, when I received my order, it was completely chow mein with no roasted rice. I went back to talk to the staff, and they confirmed that the rice would actually take another five minutes. Despite the mix-up, I was really impressed with the staff's service, and all my prior visits have been great.

Now I understand why they received a score of 81 on their health inspection,... read more This is the second consecutive time I've received undercooked chicken from Panda E. Now I understand why they received a score of 81 on their health inspection, which they seem to want to conceal at the drive-thru window. I'm finished with this place. Additionally, I found out that on the health inspection where they received the 81, they were penalized for not displaying their most recent score, which was actually a 72. Instead, they put up an older score of 84. This shows a troubling pattern of poor hygiene.
