At this point, three or four employees gathered at the... read more To my surprise, a co-worker grabbed the bag out of my hand and started tossing the food onto the counter. At this point, three or four employees gathered at the register to handle my return. After waiting approximately three minutes in the drive-thru line, they instructed me to park and come inside while they waited for the manager to complete the return. When I entered, the manager processed the return and switched the receipt at the counter. He then asked if I needed anything else. Noticing his demeanor, I questioned why he seemed to have an attitude. I was baffled by the apparent frustration of the staff. Overall, their behavior was quite disappointing—from the employee who snatched the bag from my hand to the manager who carelessly handled the return. This is not how customers should be treated!

The staff were extremely friendly, but they didn’t seem to hear my order over the intercom, even though I repeated it twice. I'm really disappointed that I had such a hard time enjoying my drink.

Owner I assume gave me attitude about “always” speaking too fast into the intercom and then tried to play it off as a joke.
