This is undoubtedly the best Dunkin' location in the area. The staff is consistently polite and friendly. The donuts are always incredibly fresh and well-stocked. If you enjoy Dunkin', you definitely should visit this location.
I arrived at 8:30 a.m. only to find a sign on the door indicating that only the drive-thru was open. I was in a rush, so I tried to open the door, hoping to grab my drink that I had already paid for and head to work. Unfortunately, the door was locked. I started to feel frustrated, as I didn't have time to go through the drive-thru. I knocked on the door and attempted to signal for my drink. The employees inside, except for one friendly gentleman in the drive-thru area, were unresponsive and just waved me away. I tried to explain that I didn’t have time to wait in the drive-thru and showed them my order on my phone through the window. Thankfully, the kind employee took my drink and brought it to the door, but the entire experience was frustrating and time-consuming. I believe it’s unreasonable to lock the door for customers who have placed mobile orders. Because of this incident, I will likely avoid this location in the future and choose the one closer to my workplace instead. I’m giving an extra star due to my previous positive experiences and the friendliness of the employee who helped me today. I understand they may be understaffed, but it would be more sensible to allow mobile orders to be picked up easily.
