Ordered through the app and went through the drive thru, got back on the interstate to find my order is wrong! I'm diabetic, so I can't drink it, not happy or impressed!

Waited 15 mins for a sandwich and when I asked about it the batista blew me off and said they didn't know, that someone else was taking care of it.
I have been here a lot of times on trips across the state and they always do a great job, the drinks are delicious, the service is fast, restrooms are clean. All you could hope for in a starbucks.
