The staff is friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. However, there is one issue: some customers tend to gather outside the door, talking and smoking. It can be quite bothersome, especially for people like me who suffer from severe allergies to cigarette smoke. I don't understand why these two individuals felt it was acceptable to smoke right by the entrance, blocking the door. It detracted from an otherwise wonderful visit.
