What Tuna likes about The Paramount Coffee Project:
I was deciding whether to try their EOD but I really don’t do well with black coffee so.... but this white coffee is still insanely good!! and I got the Bibi which might look plain here but once you add the sauce and mix it altogether, it’s really tasty. Healthy too View all feedback. What Hiram Langworth doesn't like about The Paramount Coffee Project:
The Jambalaya simply tastes like a healthy chicken cruis bowl (and not like Jambalaya), the Turmeric Chai Latte WS P good, Syd makes good decent Gravy BC The British, PCP has a sweet design / food is pretty and colorful / part of the restaurant Smells about Aesop soap. Things I'm still thinking about thinking about: what was the biscuit? (There was no biscuit, even if you called it a biscuit), why was the PCP better... View all feedback.

read moreLocated in the trendy Surry Hills neighborhood, this restaurant offers an industrial chic ambiance with high ceilings and beautiful wall art. While the coffee is a standout, with a special mention of the crumbed eggs on toast with mustard braised ham hock & kale, other menu items received mixed reviews. Some favorites include the signature buttermilk fried chicken waffle and the breaded eggs with cabbage. Overall, the experience was described as exceptional, with delicious dishes like baked eggs with pork sausage and coconut porridge standing out. The staff were friendly, providing excellent service, and the atmosphere was welcoming. With a mix of positive and negative feedback on different menu items, Paramount Coffee Project is recommended for its coffee, cozy ambience, and tasty breakfast options.
Fantastic coffee offerings and coffee program. Fine breakfast(I had the crumbed eggs on toast?? and great vibe!! Definitely recommended!
Gooood coffee. Strong but not bitter at all! Smooth and so easy to drink!
There are many coffee shops in Surry Hills, here is one of my favorites. Flight, have Espresso, Flat white and filter, with sparkling water.
Always great coffee and atmosphere, try the crumbed eggs!
Awesome food, lovely staff, coffee was good (Had V60).
