Ive sampled Le Souk in my quest for local charcoal chicken. The baba ghanouj from Le Souk is smoky, and the hummous is flavourful and creamy, whilst still maintaining a slight grainy texture. The chicken is moist and pretty flavourful, although I found the quarter piece small ($7 quarter). Toum was bitey and the portion of pickles was sufficient.
