What Kian Tillman doesn't like about Ichibang:
Wandering the streets of Surry Hills, looking for a decent feed that was decent in price too (about $20ish). Found Ichibang, which was a small cosy Japanese restaurant in the heart of Surry Hills. read moreThis restaurant in Surry Hills is known for its fresh and generous portions of sashimi and sushi rolls. While some diners found the sashimi cuts to be not up to par, the spider rolls were praised for their taste and size. The friendly service received mixed reviews, with some diners noting discrepancies in menu pricing. However, loyal customers appreciate the personalized service and fresh sushi offerings. The restaurant's signature dishes like the Rhonda Special and Lion King roll have gained popularity among regular patrons. Overall, Ichibang offers a casual and welcoming atmosphere with outstanding food quality and service, making it a favorite spot for sushi lovers in Sydney.
