What Ike Cormier doesn't like about Blacksmith Cafe & Bakery:
The cafe bar is stunning, in an old industrial style setting. Sit down service is great. It’s popular for pre-work breakfast meetings. It’s a good place to set up your laptop for a while as it feels very private and is not too noisy. Morning coffee takeaway is busy, but they are efficient. More keep ups than you usually see passing over the counter. View all feedback.

read moreLocated near Prince Alfred Park and Central Station, the cafe provides ample seating and generous portions. The Smithy Breakfast and banana and chia smoothie were standard fare, not leaving a lasting impression. The service was lacking in friendliness, but the atmosphere alone makes Blacksmith Cafe worth a try. Vegetarians will find plenty of options for a quick lunch, such as the quinoa and guacamole salad. Ultimately, Blacksmith Cafe may not be a standout culinary experience, but it's a decent spot for a casual meal.
