The wings had no meat left on them; they lo... read more Once he got home, I started inspecting the food, and it was absolutely revolting! I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. The wings had no meat left on them; they looked like they had been overcooked for hours. The same goes for the popcorn chicken; it was as if it had turned to stone. To top it off, there was something that looked like mold on the single serving of mashed potatoes and a strange powdery substance in the family-sized portion. It was all just appalling! He spent over $50 on this garbage! I suggest they demolish this location! I've had nothing but problems here. Is it really that difficult to take an order and prepare fresh, edible food? The only thing you’ll likely get from this place is food poisoning and terrible stomach issues for days! Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

Upon inspecting the meals, I quickly realized that the cleanliness was the least of their issues. The chicken looked either old or like it had been left in the fryer too long—it was burnt and extremely dry. When I brought the meals back to ask for an explanation, I was told that it looks that way because it has to be cooked thoroughly, and I was assured it was perfectly fine. I requested fresh chicken but was informed that it would come out the same way. For the safety of my family, I decided to throw the meals away and contacted corporate to file an official complaint. I regret not taking photos of the food and the establishment. I strongly recommend avoiding this location for health reasons, and I also encountered rude customer service.

I was informed that there would be no white meat available for 15-20 minutes, which was fine, so we decided to order a bucket of dark extra crispy chicken. However, we then learned that the extra crispy chicken would also take an additional 15 minutes. This was at 5:45 PM on a Thursday. It seems like the restaurant isn't well-prepared, which makes me wonder if they really value their customers. Anyway, we’re now heading to Church's Chicken for dinner, where hopefully, we'll find better service. It's time for this place to step up its game or consider closing down.

And the biscuits were hard, normally there perfectly baked. Maybe a day old or two? Not sure but thecoleslaw and the mashed potatoes were perfect thank you KFC.

The dining area floor had food everywhere, the tables had trash on them, every table top was filthy. We took our food and left. The cole slaw had way too muchvinegar the chicken was dry over cooked. Will never recommend this location, it should be closed to be cleaned completely.
