I was informed that there would be no white meat available for 15-20 minutes, which was fine, so we decided to order a bucket of dark extra crispy chicken. However, we then learned that the extra crispy chicken would also take an additional 15 minutes. This was at 5:45 PM on a Thursday. It seems like the restaurant isn't well-prepared, which makes me wonder if they really value their customers. Anyway, we’re now heading to Church's Chicken for dinner, where hopefully, we'll find better service. It's time for this place to step up its game or consider closing down.

Out of biscuits. Chicken was so old and dry, chicken thighs rolled into a ball of grease and breading, wasn't even close to being warm inside. The floors were covered in large sticky black spots. The lady up front was busy on her phone instead of cleaning the crumb covered tables in the dining area. Taking this one off the list. I hope it turns into another food place, soon!
