Plough Harrow - Surbiton

I had lunch at this restaurant and it was fantastic! The price per person was around £30-40. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5. I highly recommend dining here.

On the first Saturday of January, we decided to go out for a delightful lunch and we were so glad we did. The food at this restaurant was simply amazing, exactly what the area needed – a well-established gastro pub. The quality of food was outstanding, surpassing all others in the area except for a particular French restaurant. Our waitress, Nez, was also lovely. We ordered the trout starter, goat cheese tart, lamb roulade, and eggplant main dish. Even the kids enjoyed their meals from the children's menu. We were pleased with the high standard of all aspects of our experience and believe it is important to support our local hospitality venues in these challenging times. Well done to the team for maintaining such levels of excellence - we will definitely be back soon. Happy New Year!

This restaurant is fantastic. I am impressed with the changes they have made to the place. I used to come here years ago and it was in a very poor condition, with the only positive aspect being the garden for children in the summer. I decided to visit again yesterday after hearing about the renovations and I was blown away by the transformation! Everything was flawless - the service, the staff, the food - all five stars! The manager was incredibly welcoming and I have to give a shoutout to Robyn, our server, who was a lovely person and did a fantastic job. Thank you. I highly recommend Elisa Allardyce.

I'm delighted to share my glowing review of Plough Harrow! We had the most delightful family meal on New Year's Eve. Every dish was a hit – a rare occurrence as there's usually someone with a preference hiccup, but not this time! All three courses received rave reviews from our group. The Sunday 3 courses for £30 is an absolute steal for such a fantastic dining experience. The service was impeccable, especially considering the attention given to our little one. Overall, it was a perfect way to ring in the New Year, surrounded by good food, company, atmosphere and excellent service. Plough Harrow, you've earned our highest recommendation!
