I was overlooked and my food was NEVER CALLE... read more EL GRILL in supply which was called Sonya's Grill....IT TOTALLY SUCKS!!! Everything thing the FOOD and THE SERVICE. I was overlooked and my food was NEVER CALLED OUT just LEFT to the side and one of the workers in the kitchen wiped her mouth nose with the same gloves she continue to fix food in. PLEASE CLOSE DOWN!! ????????????????

We had the Ca... read more This place showed up under Sonja’s, however it looks now it’s now branded as El Grill. The food here was amazing! Cashier was incredibly friendly. We had the Carolina Burger, Crab Cake Platter, and Banana Pudding. All were delicious and it’s a lot of food for the price. So glad we stopped!

To make matters worse, after I expressed my dissatisfaction, they offered to exchange the two catfish dinners for something else, but then tried to charge me a... read more To make matters worse, after I expressed my dissatisfaction, they offered to exchange the two catfish dinners for something else, but then tried to charge me a $1.30 difference for a shrimp dinner. They didn’t mention that my husband was owed a $5 refund because he had ordered a cheaper chicken wrap! Instead of receiving that $4, they wanted to charge me an additional $1.30, which I didn’t even bother to ask for back. On a positive note, my daughter ordered a slice of cheesecake, and it was delicious—but it’s likely that it was just thawed out from frozen, so that wasn’t too impressive. I hate to criticize a business, but the way they handled things—looking to make extra money off a mistake they made and serving subpar fish—was quite disappointing.

When I inquired about my order, they discovered they hadn't even begun preparing it. I ended up getting a refund and won't be returning.
