When I questioned why she was there, she explained that she was forced to come in because no one else would. I found this situation to be very unfair. Despite her efforts to maintain a smile, it was clear she was struggling and on the verge of tears. She appeared unwell and clearly in distress. I was shocked that the restaurant would allow someone who was sick to handle food. Despite her condition, she still managed to make my sandwich, which turned out to be decent. Considering the circumstances, she did a good job.
