Firehouse Subs Superior Plaza

Tasty sammies and good service. Only once did I think it was run by two lazy high schoolers. But came back days later and found a hard working owner right there. I'm a fan.

Great place and staff. Way too close to home and I visit too often. But the sandwiches are also so delicious! Just wish the mobile ordering app (Android) was more stable, 20% of the time the payment doesn't work.

Put an order on your way home. Show me to get my food. Go in and work two young boys. They're not telling me. No greeting. Nothing. I'm standing there while they stare at me. So I speak first. Tell them I have an order in just here to pick it up. The one guy I muttered to.... it will be a few minutes?. That's all I have. I waited patiently for my sandwich. I wasn't getting worse that my food was ready was the fact that nobody talked to me when I came in. They seemed extremely upset and were not welcome at all. Bad customer service.

Nice staff, but the medium-sized Cajun chicken Sub gave me headaches. They need to improve the quality of their ingredients.

I often come here and the staff is nice, room baths clean, and Subs are well done. I really appreciate that they don't jump over the good stuff. I hope these guys stay here for a while.
