Ordered the sausage and red curry chicken. Wife had salmon. She said it was very good. All portions were generous and the food was delicious. The red curry had the right amount of heat. I made the mistake of ordering green curry last time and while it was good, it was too hot for me. The service is always great. Side note: comfortable via the 7 train or Q60 bus. Parking is a breeze among the raised 7 tracks. View all feedback.

I had a long bus trip to New York City and was looking forward to a delicious Thai dish. My friend who has lived in Queens all his life, pointed out Vera Thai on our drive to his apartment. I went inside to order a carryout and was disappointed with the food. Not only were the portions small but the food wasn't tasty at all. After a long bus journey to New York City, I was eager to enjoy a tasty Thai meal. My friend, who has lived in Queens his entire life, recommended Vera Thai during our drive to his apartment. I decided to stop in for takeout, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The portion sizes were small, and the flavors were lacking. My green curry was overwhelmingly thin with coconut milk, causing the rice to become overly soggy. Additionally, the dish was scarce on vegetables. The soup that came with my entree included just a few pieces of Napa cabbage and a single scallion, making it quite bland. Sadly, Vera Thai doesn’t offer the vibrant and exotic flavors that other Thai restaurants in NYC are known for.
My first time placing delivery from them and the service was really great from the person taking my order and details to the delivery. It was quick and my food was very warm. The delivery person was also very nice. I also dine in there often and the service is always good! They’re very attentive and kind : !!
I just ordered delivery from here for the first time, and wow! This is one of the tastiest Thai restaurants I've ever tried. I recently moved to the area, and I'm so glad I picked this place for my first delivery experience. They've truly set a high standard!
I will never eat here again! The waiter was unclean, touching her nose, ear, and hair with her bare hands. She seemed unprofessional. When I inquired about the beer price listed on the menu as $15 for three, the bill came out to $18. When I asked why, she claimed it was a promotional price but later said I needed to order all three beers at once. I had to ask five times for hot sauce. The food was so terrible that I nearly threw up when it arrived at the table. I strongly advise against the chicken pad Thai – the smell was unbearable, and it was clearly made with old, frozen meat. Stay away!
The food was good but I asked for a drink which it was ok , I ask for a second drink, same drink and they forgot to put in a ingredients, I asked politely if they could put in the ingredient that they forgot, bartender/ server game me an attitude and told me that , it wasn’t missing anything, I told her to taste it , she put in the ingredients that they miss but had an attitude the rest of the day
