My husband, mother-in-law, and I went for an early dinner at this restaurant. My husband had been there a few times before. We were seated quickly upon arrival. I ordered the Willie Sue Dinner Salad and loaded potato soup. The soup I received was thick, but tasty. I mentioned this to our server and she agreed. The salad was also enjoyable. The meal was a bit expensive, but worth it. Our server was accommodating towards my mother-in-law, who had some undercooked vegetables. The highlight of the meal were the delicious croissants, which we even took home with us. We will definitely return to this restaurant.
We had an amazing server at this restaurant. The food was delicious. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because my $17 salad only had four small bites of chicken. Despite that, the salad itself was fantastic. My four-year-old had the steak tips which were delicious and had more protein than my expensive salad. My husband loved his ultimate burger and the cheesecake (New York style with canned strawberries) was very good. However, for the price, it would have been nicer to have fresh fruit with the cheesecake instead of canned. Overall, great service, tasty food, but a few disappointments with the shortcuts they took. We will definitely be returning.
I had a great experience at this restaurant. The beer and food were fantastic, and I especially enjoyed the catfish bites. Everyone did a fantastic job. I would personally recommend the catfish bites over the shrimp, although I understand this is not a seafood restaurant. The salad I had was amazing, and I will definitely be returning in the future.
Our server was awesome. The food was very very good. Only reason for the four stars is if I?m paying almost 17$ for a salad you?d expect more than four bites of chicken. The salad itself was excellent aside from the lack of chicken. My four year oldhad steak tips (which were amazing by the way) and he had more protein on that plate than I did in my expensive salad. Myhusband had the ultimate burger and loved it and the cheesecake (NY with canned strawberries) was very good. Again though. IfI?m paying 8.50 for a slice of cheese cake it would be nice to have fresh fruit and not canned. So excellent service, very goodfood with a few disappointing shortcuts. We will be back though.
Despite the negative reviews, we went here for lunch. There were 4 of us, and we all had amazing meals. I?m not sure why people say there is no flavor in the food, but our food was delicious. I?m not sure if they have different cooks in the kitchen ondifferent days, but everything we had was wonderfully seasoned and cooked. Our waitress, Brittany, was a joy as well. (Thehostess could have been more peppy and polite, but we all have bad days so maybe she was in a funk that day. We were only intown temporarily, but I would definitely go back to this restaurant if we are ever here again, and I would recommend it toothers.
