The food is fresh since... read more The restaurant prioritizes mobile and drive-thru orders over customers who are waiting in front of them, which can be quite frustrating. The food is fresh since everything is made to order, but this means you'll likely face long wait times. Bring something to read and don’t schedule any plans afterward if you decide to eat here. There’s a noticeable lack of urgency among the staff. The overall atmosphere feels quite run-down, and I cannot recommend it. Additionally, the restrooms are in terrible condition and haven't been cleaned in ages. On a positive note, the flowers on the dining tables are a nice touch, and the food itself tasted good. However, I would dread coming here during peak hours; even during my visit when I was the only customer in the lobby, I still had to wait far too long.

You have to get in your car to check if the lobby door is locked, and then return to your car to join the long line. This is particularly time-consuming if you're a delivery driver. If they put up a sign indicating that the lobby is closed due to a staff shortage, we would understand the situation better. However, they never post any signs.

I offered to go down the street to Piggly Wiggly and get them some but they decided.later in Jan’24 I asked if they were serving breakfast burritos yet and they said no and didn’t know when or if they would be getting them , even though the Wendy’s website said the Sumter, SC sites had the burritos. The Sumter, SC Broad street Wendy’s is the worst fast food businesses I’ve ever been to!
